Problem with huge amount of notifications in admin area. How to read all notifications?

I've renewed IPB license and did reset URL of website to which license belongs.

I've updated license key but now I have 2253 notifications....almost all of them are about license key:

License Key Invalid
The license key in use is not valid for this site. Please contact support for further information.

If I will click on button "Check again" then notification count becomes 2252... How to read all these notifications in one step? Is there a way to do that using sql query maybe if we do not have such functionality at ipb admin area?
