How to to find duplicate IP addresses amongst members.

Is there a way - perhaps an automated way - to find members with who are are associated with the same IP addresses.  Would like to use an investigative tool to help locate members are registering with multiple accounts using different names.

I can see mention of this years ago - and suggesting it would be an easy tool to be added in future updates.  Has it been done?
