Almost sounds like the file it's downloaded is corrupt, but if I download it to my local machine it unpacks fine.

Basically, nearly every application in the world uses the universal CTRL-K keyboard combination to bring up their equivalent of the "Insert URL" window when you've selected some text and pressed that keyboard shortcut.

I always just assumed it was because CKEditor didn't support it.

This user migrate from subscription all inclusive 10 to all inclusive 20:

He paid yeasterday for the migration to the new subscription.

But the system marks the expiry date two months from yesterday, the date of payment.

Instead it should expire in a month....

I really don't understand how this subscription system was designed.

All existing subscriptions have a duration of one month.

I have created a date / time field in Pages. 

I need to show the date and time exactly the user enters this. So if a user enters 15/08/2015 in 13:45 it should be shown to all as 15/08/2015 in 13:45 to all users and guests. 

The field stores a birthdate and birth time of a child. It should not show 14/08/2015 to someone who is in another timezone. It should not be replaced by 16/08/2015 if the user and community time differ. The birthday is birthdate and is unchangeable. 😉 So is the time of birth. If you travel around the world, your birthdate, and time will not change in your papers depending on the timezone. It is firm.

I have checked all three timezone settings. And it seems I am unable to enter “unchangeable” date. Every setting modifies the date and time for me or for other users.

Question: would it be possible to display the date and time exactly as the user entered it in the field? No changes and corrections at all. Like a plain text.

However the post counts for the two differ wildly. Is there a way to force a recount??

Secondly - The first forum shows there is one post awaiting action on Moderation Queue, the second shows 5815 - However there are no posts needing attention.

I have created a database that should be used only in clubs as a feature. There should not be entries that do not belong to the clubs.

But there is a default category, created with the database automatically. And I cannot delete this category. 

I have checked Set Custom Permissions on the category. But I am unable to set custom permissions even after I have checked it. This is what I miss:

This entry is not shown for the default category in the database, marked as used in clubs.

The goal is: do not allow creating database entries outside clubs features. How to achieve it?

I have created a database where the title field is of type date. I have managed to change the display within the database templates by using listing and display format.

But this is not respected in other areas of the suite. The places where the format is not respected are profile activity list, notifications, title-tag of the record (browser tab).

It always displays MM/DD/YYYY. This format is weird for us in Europe (or the rest of the world 😁). We always expect the day before the month. If we see 01/11/2024, we think “oh, it's the 1st of November”. You, over there in the USA, think “perfect, the 11th of January”. 😉

Hi,

I got an email from Stripe about my integration with Invision Community stating:

...on 15 May 2024, the legacy Sources API in your current integration will be turned off for all non-card payment methods. After this date, any Sources API calls for non-card payment methods will not be supported.

I am on the latest version of Invision Community (v4.7.16) so why is it using an outdated version of Stripe's API? I tried to find it in my community configuration to see if I can update it myself but cannot find it.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

I have created a new database.

• Guests have permission to See Database and View Records
• Guests have permission to View Page where the database is placed.
• A new feature from the database is added to the club, and Members that can view this page is set to All.
• Allow Search Engines to index this category is enabled.

Result: Guests cannot see the category (neither search engines)

I have a Rule set in my community that hands out a particular Achievement Badge whenever a user receives a negative Reaction on their content:

I have the negative Reaction ("Bad Quality Post") listed here:

It is the only Reaction I have on my community that hands out a negative rep (all others are either positive or neutral).

However, some users have been receiving this 'Tough Crowd' badge incorrectly, for random Reactions:

Key Features:

Two Different Mode for Main Navigation

• Main navigation in desktop view have two different mode to choose by Admin.
• Style 1 is default view of all navigation and sub navigation links
• Navigation with menu items will open in vertical menu
• using fontIcons for navigation links with the ability to re-arrange and customize icons via settings

• Style 2 for main navigation in desktop is consists of two separate parts:
• Main Navigation links can be display with a Hamburger menu at side. all links created with menu manager will display in a sidebar area when user click on hamburger icon.
  • Sidebar area have it's own customization options for color schemes.
  • Sidebar area links will be highlighted by selected color based on user visiting page
• Area in front of hamburger icon, now reserves for custom links and can be use in all sorts of ways, like make list for Trending, Hot links and ... with customization options

Dynamic Page Details

• Dynamic Page Details is a optional feature when sticky navigation are active. with this option are active, when users navigate in any page, sticky navigation at the top will display handful of details. Page Name, Buttons like Share, Follow, Reply, Manage [for Admin/Moderators]

Header Content Slider and Page Title Box

• Header content slider can be display at the top of the page, with up to 6 contextual slide with image, description and title
  • Can be link to other pages or use as promotional items on their own
  • Can be work as slideshow/auto play
• Page title box is ordinary Invision title box for all pages, only with option to display at the top of the page and over the header's cover image in desktop view

Per Forum Color design

• When Alternative Design Mode are active for Topics and Forums, normally selected color in color palette will be use in styling. however, if a forum have it's own 'Feature color' from forum settings, peacock theme will override normal color scheme with feature color so forum listing uses those colors.

Display Topic Thumbnail Image in topic listing

• Browsing in topic listing looks different in peacock theme, when "Display topic image" setting are active. similar to Dynamic Header Cover, images in topic listing will be picked from first uploaded image in respected topics. from ver 1.2.1 forward, thumbnail will be pick from every type of images exist in the topic.

4 Different Option for Post Styles

• Admin can choose theme of topic posts from 4 different styles.

Custom Design for User Hover Cards

• Admin can choose theme of Hover Cards from 3 different styles

Alternative Design for Widgets

• With admin options, Many of default IPS widgets can have Alternative style with Grid style and support for background image

Special Search Navigation
